New friend scenario

                  Hi guys 

Today I finished a my new friend scenario slide with my friend ( Riley) it was really fun working on this slide show and I hope we can do something like this again. This is a good slide show to look at if you don't know how to approached someone or how to make a new friend and this is also a good slide show to share with other people you know like your friends if they are in a situation like the ones in the slide show.

Hip Hop DLO

 

                                        Hi guys 
Today a finished a DLO about hip hop for inquiry I was really fun I did it with my friend ( Riley) we learnt that there was different types of hip hop dances I really enjoyed learning about hip hop. And it was interesting learning that there was not just a couple of  different types of hip hop dances there are a lot like popping and locking, krumping, tutting waking, Animation and lots more.

  Today I did a number of the day for maths it was really fun but also a little bit tricky but it was real fun when you sort the money out. Also another one I like is when you cover the cubes with a shape to make your amount of the number like 68.

today I did a number of the week sheet it was fun and tricky also enjoying choosing a number and doing different activities with it. As well as that it is fun to distribute the money out like 68 was my number so I had to make 68 with the amount of money I needed.

  Today I finished  A DLO about Folk dancing with my friend Riley it was really fun it was also very interesting learning different folk dances in different cultures and country's. Also we learnt that people have different dresses and props.

Today I finished a pixel art on my times tables we had to get the Question right to reveal some of the picture it was really fun seeing the picture come up and answering the questions most of all I love the picture of the flower.

Today Me and my friend Naomi did a problem of the week slide for maths.  I wouldn't say it was easy but it was fun we enjoyed figuring out how many trips it would take to go back fourth  and also fun trying to figure everything else out.

Today we did the number of the day it was not that hard but still not the easiest thing ever but i enjoyed it a lot i really liked the part where you used the money but everything was real fun.

Making Inferences

Today I have done another Inferencing sheet on my Chromebook this one was the hardest out of them all but was still very fun  there were a lot of different questions and scenarios.But it was in the middle of hard and easy I liked the end inferencing bit when there was a picture.And the end where you had to tell what was happening what time of the year it was and how she was felling then in the picture.

Today I have done a read between the lines reading thing  it was super fun and wasn't as tricky as I thought. But was still work we had to think what they were celebrating or have been or even where they work it was fun reading the different and short paragraphs.

Violet Walrond

    Hello Readers 

Today I have been learning about Violet Walrond she was the youngest  woman to compete in  the Olympics she was from new Zealand her dad was her coach and she won a sliver medal but something unexpected happened her dad said that she couldn't compete any more she was part of the official new Zealand team to compete in the Olympics .

 

Match the Sport to the venue

This week we have been learning about the Olympics. Today we did a google drawing about the Olympics sports.  There were three categories on the sheet In Water,On a Track or Field and In a Gym. We had to put the pictures in the right place so the category in water would have people swimming or playing a game.  Or even diving as well as that the other category on Track or Field. Which would have people that play field hockey or running on a track and the last but not least In a Gym.  Which would have people on rings or even fencing as well as all of the others. And it was quite easy working on the sheet. It really only took  like 5 minutes it was quite fun and I love doing activities about the Olympics because I like sports.

The Earth's structure

Hi guys 

This week I have been learning about the earths structure I have learnt quite a lot of facts about the earth there are five layers to the earths structure one of the layers is the crust, mantle, outer core and the inner core and there is other names for it  like the Lithosphere, Asthenosphere, mesosphere, outer core and inner core these are the more bigger words but mean the same thing as the crust and the mantle but just longer and probably more confusing.
